Menu could change slightly due to availability but the quality and experience will stay top notch! 1st course: Lions Mane Mushroom "Crabcakes" with sriracha aioli paired with Mendel's Dominant Recessive Kölsch. 2nd course: Warm roasted root salad with harissa and farmers' cheese paired with Oktoberfest 285. 3rd Course: Farm Veg Galumpki (stuffed Cabbage) with roasted tomato jus paired with Cascades of Insanity IPA. Dessert course: Candied ginger and apple tartine paired with a choice of Barrel Aged Manneken Stout or Trudy's 1918 Milk Stout.
