Spiel: This lovely Mencia is hand harvested fermented with indigenous yeasts and follows biodynamic viticulture. Steep terraced vineyards. This wine has great structure and hints of peppery notes reminiscent of a northern Rhone Syrah. Varietals: Mencia, and native varietals.

Spiel: DO Ribera del Duero. Peter Sisseck has been involved with this project since 1991. This expression of Tempranillo has big dark fruits, blackberry, black cherry, with striking tannins and a long finish. Varietals: Tempranillo, with small amounts of Bordeaux varietals. Fun Fact: Peter Sisseck is known for producing the cult wine Pingus.
- Valdespino, ‘Isabela’, Cream Sherry NV
Spiel: Valdespino 'Isabela' Cream Sherry is named after Queen Isabela. This is a solera blend of 75% oloroso and 25% PX. Hints of dried dates and figs, raisin notes, and a touch of roasted walnuts. Varietals: Palameno and Pedro Ximenez Fun Fact: Valdespino family has documented evidence of commercial wine production since 1430.
- Jorge Ordoñez ‘Seleccion Especial #1’ Malaga 2019
Spiel: This beautiful dessert wine has hints of fresh melon, expressive floral notes, and high acid to add balance. Practicing organic, hand cultivated, minimal intervention. Varietals: Muscat of Alexandria Fun Fact: 4.5 kg of late harvest grapes are used to make one 375ml bottle!
