- Crowler - Bad (ass) Things Happen in Philadelphia$4.00
hazy pale ale• 5.3% abv • Let's be real...no city is perfect...but we think Philly is a pretty badass place to live and work. We have great food, passionate people, and of course amazing beer! This hazy and juicy pale ale is our shout out to everyone who calls this tiny city home.
- Crowler - Bullpen$4.00
Bullpen Session is a New England Style Session IPA from the Goose Island Brewhouse in Philadelphia. Brewed with generous amounts of oats, this beer has a slightly hazy appearance with a medium body. Late and dry hop additions of Azacca, El Dorado, and Centennial yield intense aromas of pineapple, mango, and tangerine. This beer is our liquid tribute to the community of Philadelphia and one if our most beloved sports teams. Cheers to Goose Island, the Phillies, and baseball!
- Crowler - Christmas IPA$4.00
IPA • 7.5% abv Brewed to celebrate the holiday season. A bold IPA with a festively smooth finish & amber color with notes of pine and stone fruit.
- Crowler - Diner Coffee Draft$4.00
Coffee Porter, 5.4% ABV. We wanted to pay a tribute to all of the cups of coffee that get us through the day. Personally, Tim the Brewer takes his strong with cream and sugar, so that's what he tried to replicate. He brewed a porter with heavy doses of chocolate malt, roasted malt, crystal malt and lactose yielding a beer with rich flavors of semi-sweet chocolate, fresh roasted coffee and sweet dried fruit. But alas, we were missing the actual coffee, so we called our friends at Herman's. They roasted up some of their Diner Coffee Blend & we tossed in the fresh roasted whole beans and viola! Coffee beer with a touch of cream & sugar.
- Crowler - Fly-PA$4.00
An IPA brewed for champions! E-A-G-L-E-S!!! Brewer with an abundance of oats, bright citrusy hops, and plenty of hometown attitude. A super 5.2% ABV
- Crowler - Goose IPA$4.00
English-style IPA, 5.9% Goose Island’s flagship IPA is a six-time medal winner at the Great American Beer Festival. We’ve taken the traditional English Style and created our own fuller flavored IPA with bright citrus aromas and a bold hop finish. With hoppy, bold, and smooth flavor, Goose IPA is the perfect beer for hopheads and discovery drinkers alike.
- Crowler - Lost Palate$4.00
Hazy IPA with mango and cinnamon, 6.3% ABV. This release is dedicated to Jonny, a long time Goose Island employee. Jonny, and Brewer Quinn, ideated this recipe after Jonny’s recent victorious battle with cancer. The recipe was inspired after Jonny lost the ability to taste many flavors, an unfortunate consequence of battling cancer. He almost completely lost his palate and mangos and cinnamon were two of the few things he was still able to taste. We’re happy to say that Jonny is now a cancer survivor! This beer pays tribute to the flavors that were never lost.
- Crowler - Matilida$4.00
Wild in character, a complex ale with dried fruit and clove aromas, and a satisfying dry finish. Inspired by great Trappist ales, our complex Belgian Style Pale Ale is fermented with the wild yeast Brettanomyces. Matilda pours a golden sunrise color with dried fruit and clove aromas, a spicy yeast flavor, and a satisfying dry finish. 7.0% ABV
- Crowler - Peach Cobbler$4.00
Beer + Peaches = Peach Cobbler Beer. The perfect accompaniment for the transition from summer to fall. A dark farmhouse ale with notes of toasty bread, spicy cookies, and pie crust re-fermented on more than one pound per gallon of the last juicy yellow peaches from the summer. The combination is a true winner. Look for bright notes of peach marmalade on scones, sticky peach pie, and our personal favorite; peach cobbler from the last harvest of summer. Farmhouse Ale w/ Peaches, 7.2 %ABV
- Crowler - Rankin-Phile$4.00
Hazy IPA, 6.7% ABV. With an important election and the 100th Anniversary of the 19th Amendment, we wanted to brew a beer celebrating the badass women who have paved the way, shattered glass ceilings, and changed our lives. We could think of no better embodiment than Jeanette Rankin, the first woman to hold federal office. Elected to the House of Representatives in 1916, Rankin held office and was a leading voice for Women's Suffrage, years before the ratification of the 19th Amendment. We brewed this hazy IPA using Pink Boots Society hop blend, hefty portions of wheat and oats, and the expressive Kveik yeast. Look for delicate floral aromas, followed by a bold wave of juicy flavors like lemon sorbet, peach rings, and ripe tropical fruit. Vote, participate, and make your voice HEARD!
- Crowler - Sofie$4.00
Sofie is wine barrel aged with an abundance of hand-zested orange peel. Spicy white pepper notes contrast a vibrant citrus tartness, and her creamy vanilla finish is light and refreshing!
- Crowler - Sonic Boom$4.00
Sour Ale w/ Cherry and Lime. 5.4% ABV. Fruity, tart, and ready to send shockwaves of flavor into your face. We brewed this ale with Philly Sour yeast harvested and tested by our friends at University of the Sciences in West Philly. This unique yeast produces both lactic acid and alcohol in one fermentation step, eliminating the need to kettle sour or wait months, or years, for acidity to develop. After fermenting with Philly Sour, we upped the fruity and tart character by adding cherry and key lime. The resulting beer has a beautiful hazy rose appearance with bright flavors and aromas of sour cherries and zesty lime. Extremely refreshing and drinkable, like the most gown-up cherry limeade you’ve ever had. Hurry up and order one, but not too fast, otherwise you might cause a sonic boom!
- Crowler - SPF$4.00
Passion Fruit Saison, 5.5% ABV. A crisp and refreshing fruit ale with hints of passionfruit and pineapple. This beer is tropical, aromatic, but not overly sweet. SPF is graced with quenching notes of bright citrus, delicate acidity, and familiar tropical aromas of guava, pineapple, and mango.
- Crowler - Stomping Lanternflies$4.00
American Farmhouse Ale, 6.9% ABV. Featuring a blend of Pilsner and Triticale malts from Deer Creek Malthouse, juicy American hops, and a blend of saison yeast and Brettanomyces. The resulting liquid is complex yet refreshing. Expcet aromas ond flavors of juicy, overripe stone fruit with the beguiling tart, funky, dryness that can only Brettanomyces can bring to the party. get out there, drink a beer, and relaese some of your 2020 aggression on these invasive pests.
- Crowler - Stone Rich$4.00
German-style Altbier, 4.8% Inspired by our brewer Tim’s trip to Germany! Malty enough to keep you interested but refreshing enough to crush by the liter. A blend of Continental lager, Munich, and roasted malts provide rich malty backbone, paired with the light body and low ABV that makes this beer utterly quaffable. Perfect to help you get through social isolation and reintroducing you to friends once the world gets back on track. Prost to being healthy and safe.
- Crowler - S’more Distance$4.00
Pastry Stout, 6.2% ABV We’ve found your perfect partner for social distancing. It’s rich, strong, and smooth AF; so pretty much everything you’d ever want. Oh, it’s also a delicious beer. Maybe we should have said that sooner. Goose Philly’s first pastry stout uses all the ingredients you’d bring to a summer bonfire. We added mountains of graham crackers to our mash, tossed in some lactose, and then finished the beer on fresh vanilla beans and cacao nibs. The resulting brew is rich and sweet, with bold flavors of roasted malts, milk chocolate, and toasted marshmallow. Take one home today. Your mom might not approve, but you’ll have a good time with this partner until the world reopens.
- Crowler - TBD$4.00
Belgian Blonde Ale We all have ailments and maladies this time of year; holiday anxiety, sick sourdough starter, a wardrobe that’s alarmingly reliant on sweatpants, missing the sunshine, feeling like each day lasts 100 hours, etc. We get it, it’s rough out there! Luckily, we’ve had our top researchers working on the cure, and oddly enough, they determined that the cure is a beer. TBD is our Belgian blond ale featuring bright Belgian yeast character over a subtle, yet beguiling, malt profile. Aromas of banana, lemon, and black pepper jump out of the glass and are supported by a doughy malt profile. Each sip starts with an impression of sweetness, but finishes bone dry, leaving you ready for another taste. Subtle yet complex, this beer should be taken with some levity and ideally a snack (seriously it’s great with food from brunch to your richest holiday indulgence). Just remember, whatever ails you, we have The Cure...it's always beer!
