Paninis in Athens

Roast beef, smoked pepper jack cheese, and homemade horseradish sauce pressed between two hearty slices of JO'Sourdough.

Hand-carved Pastrami, seasoned to perfection, sliced thin, and stacked on the Bakeshop's specialty "BeeRye Sourdough" Bread, (made with locally grown McLelland Farms freshly milled rye flour, Jackie O's Pilsner, organic wheat and caraway seeds). The lean Pastrami is then topped with fresh sauerkraut, Ohio Lacey Swiss Cheese, and Ted's Pepper Butter (a mildly spicy blend of wax peppers and mustard - buy a jar at the shop!)

Black Forest Ham, thinly shaved, is stacked upon our freshly-baked sourdough bread with Lacey Swiss cheese and Ted's Pepper Butter, grilled to perfection on our Panini press. Prepared when you arrive!

Mississippi roast with provolone cheese, served with au jus sauce.

Apple pie filling pressed between two slices of sweet cinnamon bread, topped with powdered sugar and caramel sauce.
