Chocolate brownies in Durham

With salty peanut caramel & vanilla ice cream

Everyone has their brownie recipe-- this is mine. Although rye flour might seem odd, I think the earthiness of the whole grain flour complements the dark chocolate and helps all the other flavors and texture shine. It's a deeply chocolatey, fudgy little specimen of a brownie and I hope you like it.
