Crab cakes in Kailua Kona

Two poached eggs served on top of freshly made crab cakes and a buttery croissant, topped with our house made hollandaise sauce.

Our signature crab cakes are made with fresh, jumbo lump crab meat and a light, panko breading. They are then pan-fried to perfection and served atop a sambal plum buerre blanc and a slaw made with Napa cabbage and jicama with a delicious lemon chili vinaigrette.
