This chocolate Milk Stout was brewed with Ohio chocolatier Maverick's cacoa nibs and a blend of five different caramel and roasted malts. Together these malts lend notes of toffee, dark dried fruit, and chocolate-covered espresso beans. A final hefty addition of milk sugar keeps this stout sweet, soft, and balanced.

Brewed with Pilsner malt and Tettnang hops, this Northern German Pilsner was cold fermented then lagered extensively. We naturally carbonated with a technique called spunding which lends to a smooth rounded mouthfeel and scrub. Expect a clean light beer with a dry finish and balanced hop presence.
