Our Peach Apricot Dare gose is the perfect end of Summer sipper. Brewed with salt and corianders, soured with lactobacillus, the re-fermented atop a blend of apricot and peach puree for big apricot and a peachy finish. 5.7% ABV

The solstice isn't here yet but the weather has been chilly, so here is a malty, strong ale to welcome the season. The perfect beer for cold winter nights. Rich with caramel, molasses, and fruity flavors up front, finishing with a good dose of hop bitterness. Lots of Munich malt lends toasty malt notes. 7.0% ABV

This is a rich, malty ale. Dark-roasted malts lend flavors reminiscent of cocoa and coffee. Oats add fullness to the body while roastiness balances the finish. 5.6% ABV
