Sweet Potato and Sage is a dry, farmhouse-style saison. Earthy notes from the sweet potatoes are balanced by the fragrant aroma of fresh, local sage. This fall seasonal features a continental malt backbone and subtle hop presence in a well-rounded beer. 6.4% ABV • 28 IBU • 4-pack x 16 oz cans

Our newest fall seasonal was brewed with nearly 200 pounds of fresh pumpkin, then seasoned with cinnamon and allspice to accentuate the classic autumnal flavors. Pumpkin Beer has a distinct aroma of freshly baked pumpkin pie, balancing a slight malty sweetness with an earthy character and medium body in a deep amber-colored ale. 8.5% ABV • 10 IBU

The Friday Playlist, ever evolving, is how we kick off the weekend in the brewery. We’ve brewed the essence of that playlist into a beer for everybody to enjoy, now available in cans for the very first time! Friday Playlist is a dry-hopped pilsner showcasing a mix of German & New Zealand hops. This crisp, medium-bodied lager features notes of citrus, melon and pine, combining our favorite hoppy characteristics with the classic crushability of our house pilsner. Blackberry Lime Gose is a refreshingly tart wheat beer brewed with sea salt and coriander, then refermented on blackberry and lime. Sweet and tangy notes complement each other from the blackberry addition, while the lime and salt accentuate the natural acidity of the classic gose beer style. 4.5% ABV • 5 IBU

Key Lime Gose is a bright, refreshing summertime beer! Brewed with key lime puree and organic shredded coconut, these tropical fruit flavors blend with coriander and sea salt in a tart, effervescent gose. Key Lime Gose is light-bodied and easy drinking, perfect for an afternoon in the beer garden or a long day at the beach. 4.5% ABV • 5 IBU • 4-pack x 16 oz cans

We collaborated with our friends at New Realm Brewing in Virginia Beach on their 6th anniversary beer! Mythical Imperial is a west coast imperial pilsner hopped with a blend of Cascade, Idaho 7, Hersbrucker, Sterling, and HRC-003. 8% ABV

We joined up with our friends at Outpost to brew a radler collab! Off Route is a light lager blended with lime zest and organic lime juice for a super refreshing, low ABV, ultra crushable radler. Off Route is a beer inspired by the spirit of adventure and the sense of curiosity that drive us to push boundaries both mental and physical. 3.5% ABV • 17 IBU

Barrel Aged Brett Saison is a brand new small batch beer release, available only on draft in the Ardent taproom! We started with our house saison, dosed it with Brettanomyces, aged it in white wine barrels to let the Brett work its magic, then dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin. The aroma presents grape and passion fruit alongside earthy, funky notes, and the flavor is slightly tart with a mellow funkiness, dry, and rounded out with some oak character from the barrel. 8% ABV • 32 IBU
