Our smooth & creamy hummus is made daily in house with chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and served with za'atar bazlama bread. Seasonal garnish will vary, currently shishito peppers, green garbanzo and Aleppo

This exclusive salad for The Forum was developed by the Chef team to showcase some of Barcha's favorite ingredients. 4 ounces of Tombo Tuna is poached and presented with cauliflower, eggs, tomatoes, olives, mint dressing.

Barcha's legendary Fattoush salad is tossed with our lemon vinaigrette, romaine, tomato, radish, onion, pomegranate seeds, green & red peppers, cucumber, pita strips, mint, smoked feta, and sumac. This combination is fresh and memorable, one of our top sellers!

Our mujadara rice base is vegetarian, and made flavorful with caramelized onions, lentils, and warming spices. Contains alliums, mirepoix.

Our buttermilk marinated chicken shawarma is tender and delicious, served with tahini salata, cucumber, tomato, onions, red cabbage, pickles, green zhoug, cilantro, and wrapped in flatbread.

Our lamb and beef shawarma is seasoned with warming spices, and cut to order for our wraps. Additional elements include a tahini yogurt, sumac onions, tomato, mint, pickles, housemade harissa, all wrapped in flatbread. Layers of complimenting flavor make this a special lunch!

Our falafel is crispy and savory, seasoned with warming spices and made in house. The combination of chickpea and green lentil make for a perfect balance of depth and texture, This wrap is enhanced by an eggplant caponata, romaine lettuce, tahini sauce, honey harissa sauce.
