ABV is 10.5% IBU is 64 Letche Del Diablo=35% Czar’s Reserve=32% Angry Scotsman=22% Hell is Coming to Breakfast=11% Aroma/Tasting notes: Initial notes of plum, raisin and dark cherry come forth followed by coffee, bourbon and honey as it warms. Initial taste of chocolate, dark fruit and honey come forward from this full bodied blend, followed by charred oak, bourbon, molasses and a hint of smoke. All flavors remain strong until the finish where honey, dark fruit and bourbon balance out the sweetness. The complexity of this blend enhances as it warms. Storage/aging: Store upright for up to 6 months ideally in a fridge, but a cool and dark setting such as a cellar is fine. If long term storage is desired, lay bottle on it’s side in a wine rack in a cool, dark place for up to 2 years. Longer aging is quite possible, but carbonation my be affected.

Expect caramel and nutty flavors intertwined with a subtle hop character.

ABV 5% IBU 8 Don’t be scared by the word sour, this little number is tart but not mouth puckering. The combination of fresh pureed cantaloupe and huell melon hops leave you with an incredibly thirst-quenching gluten free beer.

5.3% ABV 32 IBU Expect an easy drinking, full flavored beer with a Chinook and Amarillo hop punch that is sure to please not just the GF crowd but Pale Ale lovers in general!

ABV 4.8% IBU 9 This is a traditional German-style Gose with a twist! We replaced traditional table salt that usually goes into the brewing process and added pink Himalayan salt in its place. We then added cucumber and honeydew melon to the conditioning tank to give this beer a wonderful aroma and refreshing flavor.

ABV 4.3% IBU 45 Plenty of Citra, Chinook an Simcoe hops give this session IPA the hop punch you are looking for without all the alcohol making it a perfect spring/summertime go to.

ABV 8.5% IBU 77 What's behind a name? In this case it is the hops! Crazy doses of Mosaic and Motueka hops are added to this BIG brew. Large amounts of oats and wheat are used in this brew giving it a smooth mouthfeel that compliments its tropical and juicy flavor.

We start with a flavorful porter and add nutmeg and raspberries to the brew for the cold, winter season. A delight to drink while you know who is nipping at your nose!

ABV 5.7% 32 IBU English Porter Expect flavors of chocolate, caramel and coffee just to name a few. This porter is medium bodied with a smooth and slightly sweet finish. Just enough English hops were used to balance out this easy drinking beer.

Large amounts of mango puree and hops were harmed in the making of this hazy IPA! Expect a big, dank nose accompanied by plenty of mango fruitiness. Finishes somewhat dry and fruity making you want to come back for more, especially if you are a mango fan!

We brewed this German-styled lager to coincide with well known festival that begins in Germany in late September. Yes, we are bucking the trend of releasing this wonderful style way too early. Call us traditionalists as we prefer our Oktoberfest as the season begins to change and the cooler weather approaches. Enjoy this beer fresh and during the celebration.....and not in August!

Hold on to your kilt laddie! Our version of a Strong Scotch Ale gets a small addition of smoked malt giving it some single malt scotch-like character to compliment its hefty malt backbone. A generous alcohol content and smooth drinkability might make you want to pick up a set of bagpipes!!!

8.3% ABV 21 IBU This is our version of the classic Bavarian dark lager style. Doppelbock(AKA Double Bock)is a malty, full bodied beer that has only enough hops to balance out the robust malt backbone. Very smooth and easy to drink despite its higher alcohol content.

This flavorful red IPA has plenty of Amarillo and Simcoe hope to balance the caramel malt backbone.
