Series 4 brings you a Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon/Ale Hybrid. This unique libation has been aged in a Bourbon barrel for 28 months! Expect a dark red wine-like experience with a smooth, tannin rich finish. VERY limited release!

Series 3 brings us our Belgian Tripel that was brewed with local Maryland clover honey and barrel conditioned foe 14 months with Brettanomyces and a 5 peppercorn blend. Expect Brett inspired aromas that are perceived as earthy and wet hay-like. Light honey notes come through as the beer warms. The flavor is complex with a spicy/peppery presence up front followed by an earthy, barnyard-like character. The higher alcohol is well hidden by the complexity of this unique brew. Like all of our Wild Side beers, this one will age well!

ABV is 10.5% IBU is 64 Letche Del Diablo=35% Czar’s Reserve=32% Angry Scotsman=22% Hell is Coming to Breakfast=11% Aroma/Tasting notes: Initial notes of plum, raisin and dark cherry come forth followed by coffee, bourbon and honey as it warms. Initial taste of chocolate, dark fruit and honey come forward from this full bodied blend, followed by charred oak, bourbon, molasses and a hint of smoke. All flavors remain strong until the finish where honey, dark fruit and bourbon balance out the sweetness. The complexity of this blend enhances as it warms. Storage/aging: Store upright for up to 6 months ideally in a fridge, but a cool and dark setting such as a cellar is fine. If long term storage is desired, lay bottle on it’s side in a wine rack in a cool, dark place for up to 2 years. Longer aging is quite possible, but carbonation my be affected.

Expect caramel and nutty flavors intertwined with a subtle hop character.

ABV 5% IBU 8 Don’t be scared by the word sour, this little number is tart but not mouth puckering. The combination of fresh pureed cantaloupe and huell melon hops leave you with an incredibly thirst-quenching gluten free beer.

Calling all mango and hop fans alike. This hazy IPA packs a punch of fruit and hop characteristics that will have you coming back for more. 

5.3% ABV 32 IBU Expect an easy drinking, full flavored beer with a Chinook and Amarillo hop punch that is sure to please not just the GF crowd but Pale Ale lovers in general!

ABV 6% IBU 45 The perfect combination of millet, rice and buckwheat produce a complex and flavorful taste including hints of chocolate and coffee.

ABV 4.8% IBU 9 This is a traditional German-style Gose with a twist! We replaced traditional table salt that usually goes into the brewing process and added pink Himalayan salt in its place. We then added cucumber and honeydew melon to the conditioning tank to give this beer a wonderful aroma and refreshing flavor.

ABV 4.3% IBU 45 Plenty of Citra, Chinook an Simcoe hops give this session IPA the hop punch you are looking for without all the alcohol making it a perfect spring/summertime go to.

A great beer for celebrating the ultimate corn hole round! This cream ale is a light bodied, lightly hopped and easy drinking. Perfect for tossing bags all day!

Just like grandma use to make....well, kinda. We added Korintje cinnamon, which is known for its exceptional flavor, and other select spices and added it to our cider to leave an impression of that wonderful pie you remember as a kid! Thanks grandma!

We start with a flavorful porter and add nutmeg and raspberries to the brew for the cold, winter season. A delight to drink while you know who is nipping at your nose!

ABV 5.7% 32 IBU English Porter Expect flavors of chocolate, caramel and coffee just to name a few. This porter is medium bodied with a smooth and slightly sweet finish. Just enough English hops were used to balance out this easy drinking beer.

Stout - Coffee 5.8% ABV 32 IBU Breakfast beer? This oatmeal stout has coffee notes with a cold smooth finish. Perfect for drinking any time!

Belgian Strong Dark Ale 10% ABV 28 IBU The name fits this Belgian Dark Strong ale to a tee. Expect a complex blend of malt richness, dark fruit flavors and spicy elements compliments of the yeast. When you add the medium body and generous alcohol content you get quite a combination that is delicious, but a tad bit scary!

Sour-fruited 5% ABV 20 IBU This spring/summertime sour is sure to please peach and sour fans alike. Generous amounts of pureed white peaches and a touch of whole Madagascar vanilla beans were added to this sour during its conditioning. What you get is a tart yet sweet flavor of peach and a wisp of vanilla. A flavorful beer that is both refreshing and thirst quenching.

Stout-Pastry 6% ABV 24 IBU Bliss is a sweet stout brewed with real peanut butter cookie dough and chocolate chip morsels! Expect a big peanut butter aroma followed by a distinct chocolate profile. The aroma continues into the flavor and finishes with a sweet, coffee-like presence. A perfect dessert beer, especially with vanilla ice cream or cake!

IPA-American 8% ABV 68 IBU Brewed especially for our 5 year anniversary, this BIG IPA it dry hopped TWICE with Galaxy, Mosiac and Zappa hops. A touch of Honey Malt along with Crystal malt give it a nice balance. Be sure to say hi to our brewery cat who the beer is named after!

8.3% ABV 21 IBU This is our version of the classic Bavarian dark lager style. Doppelbock(AKA Double Bock)is a malty, full bodied beer that has only enough hops to balance out the robust malt backbone. Very smooth and easy to drink despite its higher alcohol content.

Red Ale-American Amber 5.2% ABV 34 IBU This flavorful red IPA has plenty of Amarillo and Simcoe hope to balance the caramel malt backbone.
