A classic laminated pastry that originated in Vienna and was made famous in Paris. We add a touch of whole wheat and a bit of our sourdough levain for extra depth of flavor. Flaky, buttery, and tender.

A swirl of laminated croissant dough filled with orange zest, cinnamon, and brown sugar. We toss it in sugar after baking for good measure. Think of this as a croissant cinnamon roll, but better!

Available Fri - Sun. A classic! A traditional croissant filled and topped with almond cream, with extra almonds and a dusting of powdered sugar on top.

A tender and chewy center with crispy edges, plenty of chocolate chunks, house-milled Whole Spelt flour, and a sprinkle of sea salt on top makes for our perfect chocolate chip cookie.

Whole Wheat flour milled in house, with toasted sesame seeds inside and outside. Nutty, toasty, and roasty.

Our take on a dark and dense German-style Rye loaf, with barley malt syrup and buttermilk. We add Spelt for its springy texture. Earthy, tangy, and malty. All flours milled in house.
