Big Red features a deep red color and the fruity goodness of Citra hops. This Red IPA is made with medium and dark crystal malts and ample Citra hops, offering flavors of caramel, toffee, toast, and citrus fruits. The yeast adds apricot and stone fruit aromas. 6.5% ABV.

This Hazy IPA is hopped to the high heavens with scads of Citra, Talus, and Mosaic hops, creating big aromas of pink grapefruit and pine resin with background notes of rose and sage. 5.5% ABV.

Contemplation is a fan and brewer favorite. A golden honey ale brewed in a Belgian style and utilizing Michigan Wildflower Honey. This traditional beer is dry with beautiful fruity esters as well as just the tiniest pinch of clove/black pepper spiciness. Each year we love to see how subtle changes to the honey we use affects the soft floral aromatics in this exceptional beer. 7.2% ABV.

Landing on the outside of a German Pils and the inside of a Czech Pale Lager that bitterness coats your tongue and just slides right down your throat, leaving just enough of a dry finish to make you want to take another big chug. 5% ABV.

There was a time in old world France when nearly every family farm had a brewery. A necessary part of farm life was to provide a ration of beer to laborers, as beer was safer to drink than the water of the time. Farm Hand is our interpretation of what these rustic beers must have been like. It is slight in body, mildly sweet, and has a slight cloudiness from the simple un-malted grains similar to the period. Farm Hand is our flagship beer. A crushable, food friendly saison suitable for any occasion. 5.5%ABV.
