This has since evolved into an enormously popular category of alcohol in Finland. Fast forward 70 years to the next generation of Finns who wanted the world to experience their take of the refreshing and unique drink of their homeland. Thanks to them, this iconic beverage is now available in America in a variety of flavors, bringing the refreshingly different taste of Finland's favorite drink right to you. Jura, France - Although originally from Burgundy, Chardonnay has been cultivated in the Jura since the 10th century and is the most widely grown grape variety in the region. 100% Chardonnay, the grape bunches were picked by hand, and whole cluster pressed. Produced in the traditional Champagne method, with primary fermentation in temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks, and maturation on the lees for 12 months, prior to secondary fermentation in bottle. Straw yellow. Inviting scents of green and yellow apples mingled with a touch of chalk dust. The palate shows flavors of Golden Delicious apple, Meyer lemon, underripe yellow peach, and a touch of Melba toast on the finish.

Monterey, Central Coast, CA - A pale shade of pink in the glass, this widely available and incredibly affordable bottling begins with brisk watermelon, chalk and orange rose petal aromas on the nose. Rounded watermelon and strawberry are wrapped in a chalky grip on the palate, which also includes a slight soil-like minerality.

Kamptal, Austria 2022 - Weixelbaum Grüner Veltliner Stephanus is a dry, light to medium-bodied wine. It has a pale green to yellow color and aromas of green apple, dried honey, citrus, and salty minerality. On the palate, it has notes of white nectarine, citrus, white pepper, minerals, and crisp apples, with a refreshing acidity and a rounded, fruity finish. Some say it's snappy, peppy, and easy to drink.

Mittelburgenland, Austria - Blaufrankisch is one of Austria's most compelling indigenous grapes, yielding wines that range in style from Pinot Noir to Syrah. This beautifully concentrated, smoky version falls right down the middle in terms of body and features exotic notes of clove and star anise. The palate here is silky and soft, showing expressive layers of black currant, blackberry and red cherry fruit.

Dr Browns Cel Ray is a lightly sweet, refreshing and kosher celery-flavored soda (similar to ginger ale) with nearly 150 years of success under its belt. 6.9% ABV. Sunset-orange color; a fruity and slightly acidic bouquet, firm body, profound hop bitterness, and long, dry finish. Orval is bottled with Brettanomyces, a yeast strain that leads to superb dry complexity and ageworthiness. The Abbey of Orval is located near Florenville, Belgium in the provence of Luxembourg. The present brewery was completed in 1929, at which time the skittle (pin)-shaped bottle and Orval chalice were introduced. (Brewery, bottle, and chalice were all designed by architect Henry Vaes.) In the middle ages, Orval was famous for producing its iron decoration as well as beer. The abbey was gutted by fire in 1252 & repaired, then was destroyed during the French Revolution.

9.2% ABV. Deep brown color; the flavor is vigorous and complex, with firm body to support the strength. The aroma has elusive notes of fresh fruit, spice, leather, and figs. Originally called "Spécial," Rochefort 8 dates to the mid-1950s. The name comes from the original gravity in "Belgian degrees."

2.4% The Veltins Radler is a thirst-inducing sight. The sparkling and bright yellow of the Radler is crowned by a white and firm head of foam. The smell is initially reminiscent of intense citrus fruits, which are embedded in a floral malt and hop aroma. On the first sip, the Radler impresses with a fine, sparkling, tangy fruit acidity, which is surrounded by a soft sweetness and rounded off by a noble hop bitterness in the finish. A refreshingly fruity experience that leaves a harmonious lime taste in the aftertaste.

5.5% ABV The beer is a lovely clear amber colour, giving an aroma of caramel and bready malt with a hint of fruit and grassy, floral hops. A rich caramel malt body dominates the taste, quite sweet right up front but it is steadily balanced out by the grassy hop bitterness from Hercules, Perle and Tradition hops used.

Underberg is a digestif bitter produced at Rheinberg in Germany by Underberg AG, made from aromatic herbs from 43 countries, which undergo inspections and are based on a secret Underberg family recipe whose members are personally responsible for the production of the drink.
