(Semi-Sweet) Grapes: Traminette and Cayuga Aromas: Honeysuckle, spiced pear, dried apricot, jasmine and tangerine Palate: Hints of spiced pear, dried apricot and lychee with a long-lasting citrus finish.

Aromas: Meyer lemon , green apple, and pineapple Palate: Grapefruit, lemon zest, apple and a hint of passion fruit

Aroma: strawberry, rose petal, lavender, spicy peppercorn, and cinnamon Palate: red currant, raspberry, strawberry, rose petal, green strawberry, spicy peppercorn. Cabernet Franc has a smoother and more elegant palate than Cabernet Sauvignon with a lot less tannin.

Aroma: Lots of berries, blackberry, blueberry, black currant, black licorice Palate: Same as aroma filled with bramble berries. Wines made from Petit Verdot are very distinct with bright acids and rich berry flavors and this wine falls right into that profile.

(Sweet) Aromas: Fresh strawberry, bing cherry and raspberry Palate: Leads with bright fruit flavors of warm, ripe strawberries and raspberries with a hint of ruby red grapefruit lingering on the finish.
