Oenobeer (beer/wine hybrid) This year's batch, co-fermented with 2023 Sauvignon Blanc white grape juice from California's Lodi valley with the help of some lovely Norwegian farmhouse Kveik yeast. A true Oenobeer (pronounced ‘eee-no beer’), this offering flips pop ale on its head and will leave you swimming through your skull in aromas and flavors of peach, grapefruit, dried guava, lychee, pear and passionfruit atop a silky bed of pilsner and wheat.  7.2% ABV

Sour Sunshine in a glass. This tart ale is loaded with Cara Cara orange puree and finished with luscious orange cream flavor for a full-on frozen creamsicle experience. Sweet citrus, smooth vanilla, and just enough tangy refreshment to keep you coming back for another sip down the boardwalk. 4.6% ABV

Czech Pilsner: Pilsners kick ass, no question about it. Our tribute to this style, Bohemian Shine, is a pilsner beer that has us beaming with pride. Clean and crisp with a slight malt sweetness, this award-winning beer shatters the label of simplicity and puts the style’s nuance on full blast. (4.9% ABV)

American Pale Ale. Named for the New England classic, this Citra-heavy pale ale is low on alc but high on flavor. (4.4% ABV)

Russian Imperial Stout Our 10th anniversary Russian imperial stout conditioned on Madeira wine barrels, then Kentucky whiskey barrels. Rich roasted malt, black cherry, and cocoa unfold into Madeira’s fortified-wine complexity: raisin, caramelized sugar, and almond before deep bourbon character takes over with vanilla, oak, and a slow, warming finish. 10.7% ABV

Russian Imperial Stout Our 10th anniversary Russian imperial stout conditioned on crushed, unsalted roasted peanuts, Ghanese cacao nibs and caramel. Expect a smooth, dessert-like nutty, dark chocolate richness and a sweet caramel finish 10.7% ABV
