12 Ounce Ribeye Steak finished with compound butter. Served with roasted vegetables and one side.

1/4 fried chicken, served between Hong Kong style Bubble Waffles. Drizzled with CC's own shimmering maple syrup and a Bourbon Whipped Cream.

As featured on TV! Whole Chicken is brined for 24 hours, and then wrapped in lotus leaves and butcher paper. The package is smoked for 5 hours. Then the smoked chicken is covered in locally sourced Kentucky Red Clay and fired at 800 degrees. Crack it open and enjoy! Served with roasted vegetables and one side.
