The Full Rodízio Experience, our prix fixe menu includes two courses, providing the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats, including beef, chicken, pork, and lamb, which we season and carefully fire-roast over natural charcoal to expose their natural flavors. Our salad bar features a variety of the highest quality, carefully selected fresh vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon, and much more.
