It's a Jersey Thang.... Pork Roll/Taylor Ham (call it what you want), Egg and American Cheese. Pork roll is a smoked meat, that is a cross between bacon and sausage, with a texture like Canadian Bacon.

A classic to be sure. The BLT is a hearty sandwich featuring bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.

Classic chicken salad made in small batches using Cheryl's "secret family recipe" of chicken breast, celery, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. It's simple, but oh so good.

Named after Cheryl's mom, who was a pretty sassy lady. Her namesake sandwich is Sweet and Savory, with Sausage, Egg and American Cheese, Plain Cream cheese, and Maple Syrup.
