5% ABV 23 IBU Ale yeast fermented at cooler temperatures gives this straw-colored German ale a faint fruitiness with a dry, crisp finish. Inspired by the beers of Cologne Germany.

5.5% ABV 28 IBU Slightly stronger and hoppier than a helles, but less hoppy than a Pilsner, this working man’s lager originated in the Coal Mining city of Dortmund Germany. Light, bready malt with just enough hops to balance.

4.7% ABV 14 IBU Corn is added to the grain bill giving this crushable lager its light body and crisp finish. Served with a slice of lime, or not. ¡Salud!

5.6% ABV 40 IBU This beer will pump you up. Colorado-grown malt contributes to this pale ale’s warm toasty malt notes. Azacca and Cascade hops give this beer a pleasant floral aroma.

5.4% ABV 12 IBU The banana and clove aromas in this traditional unfiltered German wheat beer are created by the unique yeast strain. Highly carbonated and refreshing.

7% ABV 35 IBU The 9th edition of Hazy Comet is hopped exclusively with Mosaic hops and fermented with a brand new hazy yeast strain. Ripe tropical fruit nose, and a silky texture from the addition of wheat malt.

6.4% ABV 23 IBU We collaborated with our Boulder County buddies at Cellar West to bring you this great Saison. Zach and I both moved from Wisconsin to the Rockies to make beer and chase snow, hence the name. American Pilsner malt along with French Aramis hops for a touch of citrus and spice. A dash of lemon peel in the whirlpool amps things up.

5.6% ABV 16 IBU We teamed up with Kentucky homebrewer Christopher Owen to replicate his national homebrew competition gold medal winning Helles Rauchbier. This pale lager has a smokey bacon-like aroma inspired by the biers of Bamberg.

4.7% ABV 5 IBU Summer in a glass. Sweet and tart with a noticeable watermelon flavor. This beer was naturally soured in the brew kettle with lactobacillus.
