Collected daily here at Elam Acres by our free ranging hens. Our eggs are washed and then boxed in a clear carton so you can appreciate the beautiful colors of our eggs. Eggs are brought into the coffee house for sale around 9:30 a.m. each day.

Milk will be available in early March.

We put this lunch together for those who need a meal. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich in grape or strawberry. A single serving container of chips, a juice box and a frosted farmhouse sugar cookie.

A traditional Machioto is a 3oz beverage that is 2oz ( 2 shots) of espresso and 1 oz milk

Our hand-pulled espresso is made with 2 shots.

When coffee just isn't the thing for you but you want a hot beverage, our hot apple cider will hit the spot!

This is steamed milk and we put it in a cup for you.

A blended frozen drink with coffee. Available in mocha, Caramel and Vanilla. We can add extra flavors if you like.

Our energy drinks are made with Lotus a natural caffeine drink base. We add your choice of flavor such as lemonade, blueberry, strawberry, coconut or whatever we offer that sounds good to you. We finish this beverage with a carbonated clear soda for a bubbly full flavor experience.

Our lemonade is great all by itself but you can add flavors such as strawberry, raspberry or any other flavor we offer to have a unique beverage suited to you.

Brewed cold for a delicious non bitter rich coffee served over ice and flavered to your liking.

2 shots of our rich espresso and filled to the rim with filtered water. We can leave room for cream upon request.

We use rich, smooth and full bodied coffee in a generous amount to deliver a a rich experience with our pour over. Each pour over made to order by our Baristas.
