Liquid Sunshine is an expressive and flavorful coffee, full of dynamic floral notes and caramelized sweetness. We found the lighter registers to be a pleasant mosaic of flavor, with dynamic notes of jasmine and vanilla with a round body and clean finish. In darker registers, crème brûlée and golden raisin notes shine. This is a unique and interesting coffee that can be enjoyed in a myriad of ways. We recommend it as a silky, floral batch brew, or as a daring, sweet and charismatic shot of espresso.

The Riptide is a delightfully fascinating coffee. It sits right at the junction of traditional and contemporary, in regards to flavor. In its lighter iterations, it exhibits vibrant notes of Madagascar vanilla and crisp pear, with a juicy body and balanced acidity. Its darker interpretations possess a wealth of caramelized sweetness, akin to crème brûlée and turbinado sugar. This coffee is at its best as a sweet and flavorful batch brew, or a rich and velvety shot of espresso. Truly a remarkable coffee that is well-suited to a variety of roast levels and brew methods.

The newest bean on the block is Florida Man. This is truly a delectable and refreshing coffee. Expressive and layered, it exhibits an array of flavors from tart dried apricot to dark brown sugar and many others in between. In lighter roast levels, this coffee presents as sweet and juicy, possessing notes of toffee, honey and the rich, concentrated sweetness of dried fruit. At more developed levels, it expresses a deep, round and rich sweetness reminiscent of semi-sweet morsels and fruit leather with a hint of spice. This coffee does an excellent job of maintaining body, texture and sweetness across all roast levels. Fantastic as a sweet and silky drip coffee or as a nuanced and balanced shot of espresso with notes of fudge and toasted hazelnut.
