Chicken Lips are boneless chicken breast strips breaded with flour and buttermilk, then fried and tossed in our Spicy Lip Sauce, (think Buffalo sauce).

Our Meatballs are made with beef, pork and veal, plus a ton of Reggiano Parmigiano, garlic and fresh basil. They are simmered in marinara sauce, covered with mozzarella and baked. YUM!

Chicken breast, pounded thin, rolled in egg wash and seasoned Italian bread crumbs. Pan sautéed until golden brown and crispy. Topped with marinara, mozzarella and baked til golden brown and gorgeous. Finished with Reggiano Parmigiano.

Your choice of delicious meat served with hand made corn and flour tortillas and house made salsas.

Our Italian Sausage is made with fresh Iowa pork shoulder, basil, garlic and fennel.
