Made here in New Paltz. Leroy’ is a blend of holistically grown Idared, Cortland, Macoun and Spartan from Metal House’s Esopus orchards, fermented in stainless steel and aged in Coppersea Rye barrels before being bottle conditioned. It is quite dry on the palate with fresh apple flavors and a hint of the wood influence giving it impressive depth and character. Expect some sediment. Sustainably grown.
