A classic dish from Umbria, our Pasta alla Norcina is decadent and velvety. We use flavorful Italian sausage and a truffle cream sauce and finish off the dish with Parmigiano cheese.

This classic Neapolitan dish is an umami flavor bomb. We make an aromatic sauce using hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes, anchovies for umami, capers, garlic, olive oil, and Calabrian peppers (not traditional, but delicious)!
