Our first official Old Forester Barrel Proof clocking in at 132.5pf. This delicious whiskey has plenty of heat, but drinks at a much lower proof. Great nose on this one with tons of oak spice and hints of vanilla, caramel, citrus and some banana. Drinks super rich with barrel front and center with loads of viscosity on this blue beast. A Great whiskey with a crazy long finish that seems to go on forever.

Named after our great friend Craig "Pappi" Robinson who always dressed impeccably and rocked boots and bolo ties with pride. This is the 7th barrel pick of Old Forester we've done and again we chose Warehouse H and Floor 8. Must be something to those high floors that we love.

Buffo Bianco Orange PET NAT burts with aromas of orange peel, wild herbs and stone fruit. Bubbly textured and endlessly refreshing. A brief maceration on the skins lends the wine its golden hue.

-This was blended specifically for us -They blended up some of the 2024 vintage with the new 2025 vintage to create a juicy and crushable with that has some of the nouveau vibe that drinks great at room temp or with a hard chill on it.

Slightly funky with notes of tea & white flowers. Juicy and zippy on the palate. Touching on a bit of being herbaceous with a savory orange peel zing. 1 Liter!

Originally done as a collab with Clos des Fous, Brazos and Bacchanal in New Orleans. Has notes of raspberries, tobacco, mint, and juicy red apple.

Farmed from a single, organic vineyard high in the hills of Catalonia, cheeky blend has all three Grenaches.
