It's tomato season!  To celebrate we have created a beautiful and bright Summer Tomato Pizza! Homemade Ricotta white sauce base, fontina cheese, Heirloom Slicers from The Hedge Family Farm topped with Garlic Olive Oil and Fresh Basil. 

Take home our freshly made sourdough pizza balls. You can flatten for a pizza or bake as is for a nice sandwich roll!

ZESTY WITCH - WITBIER - Belgian style wheat beer made with coriander, chamomile, and fresh orange peel. Very pale in color, this beer is medium-bodied and easy-drinking. Slightly bready malt notes followed by clove and fresh-sliced oranges. ABV: 4.8%

$10 COWBOY - PALE LAGER - Supremely sessionable and refreshing, this Czech-inspired pale lager is made for the patio. Contemplate subtle notes of sourdough bread, herbs, and honeysuckle. ABV - 4.5%.

Our award winning hazy IPA mashed with Riverbend 2-row and Appalachian wheat. Hopped exclusively with New Zealand hops – Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Motueka. This beer is bursting with passionfruit, apricot, mango, and white grapes with just a touch of dank bitterness. ABV: 6.1%

BUSTER’S RHYMES - Our anniversary West Coast IPA, named for the most handsome fella in the valley. Mashed with 100% local malt from Riverbend, and generously hopped with Citra, Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Strata, this IPA showcases a firm bitterness along with notes of tangerine, strawberry, and passionfruit, with a dank finish. ABV:6.5%

Rich and decadent stout mashed with malts from Carolina Malt House and Epiphany Malt House, then conditioned on Costa Rican coffee beans from Saunders Old Country Store. Expect bold notes of coffee, dark chocolate, caramel, and molasses. ABV: 8.5%.

Full bodied German style wheat beer. Notes of banana bread, clove, and baking spice. ABV: 5.0%

Lightly tart German wheat beer. ABV: 4%

Inspired by English session beers, this rotating pale ale has a distinctly American twist. Brewed with Carolina Malt’s Pilsner and Riverbend Rye, along with a heavy hand of flaked oats, we hopped this beer throughout with Amarillo, Simcoe, and New Zealand Cascade. Fresh orange juice, lime zest, and pine all wrapped up in a crisp session pale. ABV: 4.5%
