Crystal clear and with a lovely light gold color, aromas of fresh straw, subtle honey, and modern pine are prominent. An exceptionally light and crisp body is highlighted by similar malt notes, with a hint of sweetness and medium bitterness into the finish. Headlands Brewing - Hazy IPA - 6.2% ALC/VOL Brewed entirely with Nelson Sauvin hops, Nelson pours a hazy yellow gold hue with a bright white lasting head. Rich fruit aromas of tangerine, mango, papaya, and white peach waft from the glass, balanced with a touch of fresh spruce. A silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation and lasting finish lends to an easy drinking ale. Similar but drier fruit notes on the palate are accompanied by a more assertive pine bitterness that increases in complexity into the finish.
