A Country Classic 1/3 LB of our own special recipe. This chicken salad has Crushed pecans, Diced water chestnuts, Celery, Chopped onion greens, and seasonings. We then add our smoked Pecan rubbed pulled chicken to the mix and things get pretty amazing. Served on Toasted Texas Toast.

Our U.S. farm raised catfish served on a toasted hoagie roll with tartar sauce & cole slaw with a side of fries.
