Our solar food cart boasts a menu that blends traditional smoked meats and bbq with modern flare. All our meats are gluten free, as are our fresh cut fries, and our new and improved cheese sauce. Vegan/Vegetarian? Try our new smoked shrooms. Off the red meat? We have smoked turkey! Find us set up in the tri-county area around Peoria, IL during food truck season!
