‘Sourgal’ is made from the white grape Moscato from Asti, in Piedmont, Italy. The wine is highly aromatic, energetic, and harmonious, marked by intense flavors of orange blossom, white peach, fresh herbs, and honey. This is a sweet style white.

Conquilla Cava is an estate-grown, sustainable Spanish sparkling wine from the Penedès region, featuring a blend of 50% Xarel-lo, 25% Macabeu, and 25% Parellada. The wine is bright, crisp, and citrusy profile with 12 months of lees aging, it is considered a high-quality, value-driven, traditional-method sparkling wine.

Jean-Paul Brun's Chardonnay comes from 35 year-old vines grown on sandy clay and limestone soils in the southern Beaujolais and is raised in stainless steel (no oak). Bright aromas of peach, apricot, lemon zest, and thyme lead to flavors of pure white fruits, juicy lime, crisp orange blossom, subtle herbal undertones, and a long chalky finish. Paired with salad, seafood, chicken, goat milk cheeses, or nothing at all, this is a beautiful choice and great value in white Burgundy!

This off-dry sparkling wine was directly inspired by Cerdon du Bugey. If you were French and pronounced "FRV100" is would sound exactly like "effervescent". This sparkling rose from Beaujolais tastes of strawberries and cream. Refreshing and delightful with a touch of sweetness.

The Pinot Project Pinot Noir is handcrafted from high-quality vineyards in California’s Coastal Regions, from Monterey & San Benito in Central Coast to Suisun Valley in the North Coast. The diversity in soil and climate from these AVAs contributes to depth in character, balance, and pristine fruit. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and then destemmed to express bright fruit flavors and maintain freshness. This vintage of our Pinot Noir has an elegant and vibrant profile with a ruby red hue. There are aromas of pomegranate, cranberry, and baking spice with a hint of dried rose petals. The vibrant aromatics are a lovely companion to the firm, fine tannins and balanced acidity. This is the perfect wine for firm cheeses, fresh fruit, and lighter proteins. It could be enjoyed all the way through dessert.

The Salem Wine Company was started by star-sommelier, Rajat Paar, and his partner and esteemed winemaker, Sashi Moorman. Fruit comes from the bio- dynamically-farmed Seven Springs Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills subregion of Willamette Valley, OR and is fermented with native yeasts (nothing added), fermented in large, neutral oak and is naturally clarified without filtration. This hands-off method produces a unique, complex style of Chardonnay with ripe stone fruit, bright acidity and a backbone of minerality.

Domaine Fernand Girard is a family estate in Verdigny, in the heart of Sancerre, farming Sauvignon Blanc on classic Loire hillside vineyards of flint, limestone and clay. The cuvée “La Garenne” takes its name from the original 2.5-hectare plot, and today is a blend from the domaine’s best slopes across several communes, all vinified with native yeasts in stainless steel to capture purity and freshness. The 2024 Sancerre “La Garenne” is a vibrant, mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc with precise citrus fruit, green orchard notes and a long, saline finish. It shows the tension and cut that make Sancerre so food-friendly, especially with goat cheese, shellfish and light, herb-driven dishes.

100% Gamay. From 50-year-old vines on heavy clay soils with relative- ly little granite and quite a lot of the iron-like mineral manganese. The farming is sustainable. All vineyard work is by hand. Vinification is tra- ditional, semi-carbonic Beaujolais style. The whole clusters are harvest- ed by hand and fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in open-top concrete tanks. Violets, ripe cherry, pomegranate and herbs.

Terraced high-elevation vineyards in Italy's Alto Adige, allow Erste & Neue to produce a dazzling Pinot Grigio defined by a range of ripe white fruits and saline minerality. Brief aging in stainless steel allow this wine to retain its just-picked freshness in the glass.

From: Piedmont, Italy Varietal: Brachetto Made entirely with the Brachetto grape which has thick skins, low pH and low alcohol. It ferments for three weeks to reveal a fragrant bouquet with strawberry, spiced apple and blueberry. Like Freisa and Pelaverga, Brachetto is especially sensitive to disease and mildew pressure, and that explains why remaining acreage is small. Grignolino, Dolcetto and Barbera were traditionally the moneymakers of this region, especially in the 1970s. It's really nice to see an estate dedicate so much attention to this beautiful little grape. Andrea Sottimano works with whole berry fermentation, limited pump-overs and a few punch-downs because he does not want too much extraction. The purpose is to delicately break the cap. Production is 8,000 Pairing: Pairings for dry Brachetto wines focus on savory elements and fresh flavors, such as light appetizers, goat cheese, picnic fare, charcuterie and cheese boards, flatbreads, salads, and cold cuts.

The 2022 GB Rouge Pinot Noir is deep and smoky on the elegant nose that shows perfectly ripe sour cherry and dark berry aromas intertwined with toasty notes, intense and very delicate. Light, fresh and pure on the palate, this is a very elegant and finessed Pinot based on destemmed grapes sourced in Rüdesheim

This special, limited cuvée (approximately 3,000 bottles per annum) is produced from two Syrah parcels in Arras that are on steep, rocky hillsides. Although from young vines, the excellent position of the vineyards yields a wine of compelling concentration, plum-like fruit and emphatic structure. Vinification is similar to the St. Joseph “Tradition” but the élevage is longer. Again, the wine is neither fined nor filtered.

Perbruno is a dense wine of an intense purple colour. The wine’s olfactory profile is dominated by fruit, especially cherries, blackberries and blueberries. In the mouth, it is direct and linear. The tannin flaunts the Syrah’s typical softness, and the blend texture is rich and velvety. After swallowing, the typical spices of the variety emerge, with traces of white and green pepper. The finish reveals balsamic notes of mint and eucalyptus. It matches well dishes of read meat, medium or slow-cooked game meat, and braised meat also cooked with the same wine. It is also excellent with well-aged cheeses. It lends itself to a very long ageing, of 12 to 15 years.

The second wine of Chateau Lascombes, a Bordeaux second growth based out of Margaux. The wines age 18 to 20 months in French oak barrels, the percentage of new oak having been reduced significantly in the past few years. Chateau Lascombes uses a unique barrel rotation system, which keeps the lees suspended in order to increase their contact with the must. This technique results in a wine with more body and volume without having to expose it to oxygen. “The second wine of Château Lascombes, the 2022 Chevalier de Lascombes is beautifully textured and medium-bodied, offering bright cassis and darker, almost blue fruits, alongside spicy floral nuances. It has an elegant mouthfeel and a great finish. Aged in oak barrels, this should evolve well for 10-15 years.” (68% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon)

On the palate, the wine has juicy pomegranate seeds along with a structure of finesse and elegance.

From an ancient and precious indigenous vineyard in Novello, Nascetta was very popular in the 19th century, Nascetta is the only indigenous white variety from Langhe and Elvio Cogno is responsible for saving the grape from extinction in the early 1990s. Since the grape was not part of the Italian National Registry at that time, Elvio Cogno gave the fantasy name ‘Anas-Cëtta’ with their first bottling in 1994. After the success of the grape locally, “Nascetta del Comune di Novello” finally became a sub-appellation of Langhe DOC in 2010 (it must be 100% Nascetta.) A semi-aromatic grape, Nascetta has hints of sage, rosemary, a waxy texture and develops petrol notes with age.

This 100% Falanghina from Agnanum hails from the Campi Flegrei, an ancient appellation thought to be the home of the famed and ancient “Falerno”wine, favored among the Roman aristocracy. This wine is in the written record as a treasure for its ‘honeyed sweetness,’ recognized as being one of the finest grapes by no less than Pliny the Elder. Medium to full-bodied, with both volcanic and seaside energy coursing through its primary flavors of lemon curd and honey.

Moulin des Costes is the first of Domaines Bunan’s properties. This terroir was purchased in 1961 by Paul and Pierre and results in wines of character which reflect the traditional Bandol style. The low stone walls that separate the vineyards at Moulin des Costes are typical of the appellation. Light yellow in colour. The nose reveals an elegant richness of yellow apple, peach, almond and fine floral aromas. On the palate, invigorating freshness meets recognisable origin: citric acidity, delicate finesse and a salty, mineral final that underlines the special character of this vineyard. A pure Cortese, matured for three months in stainless steel tanks – precise, clear and with stylistic lightness. Gavi del Comune di Gavi is not a mainstream white wine, but a charming and authentic short dialogue with the core area of the famous Gavi region.

From the legendary Seven Springs Vineyard in Eola-Amity Hills, La Source is Evening Land’s top Chardonnay, capturing the site’s volcanic soils and cool-climate energy. The 2019 vintage was a classic, offering balance, bright acidity, and serious aging potential. With meticulous farming and restrained winemaking, this is an Oregon Chardonnay that rivals fine white Burgundy. Meyer lemon, golden apple, and pear unfold with hints of hazelnut, white flowers, and a flinty, saline edge. The texture is both silky and structured, with crisp acidity giving way to a long, mineral-driven finish. Equally at home with seafood, roast chicken, or a quiet evening of contemplation—this is Oregon Chardonnay at its most refined.

Floral and spicy aromas, notes of lychee nuts and rose petals; a generous and ample palate, refreshing finish. Gewurztraminer is perhaps the signature wine of Alsace, for it is here that it reaches the highest expression of its unique lively and spicy character. Vinified in stainless steel for maximum fruit and freshness, Emile Beyer Gewurztraminer 'Tradition' is enjoyable with rich pate's, foie gras preparations and strong cheeses, and pairs particularly well with spicy Asian cuisine.
