Customized Uplighting - Augment the lighting of your event! Highlight and accent schwag tables at entry, the bar, unique food stations, stage curtains, VIP tables etc - custom programming with ANY color - pricing includes the use and design of 8 different uplights

Custom Poster Box Update and Install - priced per poster box. Does not include poster. - Poster must be in hand 3 days before installation. - Basic fee includes being in place no less than 14 days before the event *We can design, order and print a poster for additional $25 per poster

The host has agreed to host a consumption tab with the following restrictions The total will be subject to the contract tax and gratuity rates The credit card on file will be charged unless another form of payment is provided

- when a guest provides their own entertainment, they're subject to the venue and contracted parameters and times for load-in, load-out as listed in this contract. - no food, beverage, additional AV equipment or support is provided to the entertainers unless explicitly arranged for in this contract. *EVENT HOST REQUIRED TO SUBMIT STAGE PLOT AND RUN OF SHOW* - Final Stage plot and run of show required no later than 10 days out *EVENT HOST + ENTERTAINER REQUIRED TO ATTEND AN AV TECH WALKTHROUGH AND/OR REHEARSAL* *ANY FILES/GRAPHICS/VIDEOS ETC to be displayed on screen due no later than 10 days out in 2 forms. Ex) USB and email files for download.

- Complete and detailed timeline including all vendors/partners/groups and load-in/out times - Certificate of Insurance - Filming Agreement Signed - Marquee verbiage (if applicable, this will be due 14 days out) - Posters for poster boxes in hand (if applicable, this will be due 10 days out) - Outside Catering Agreement Signed (if applicable) - Outside Catering Walkthrough (if applicable or have never worked in the venue previously) - Trash plan - Finalized menu - food and bev AV REQUIREMENTS - Stage Plot - Tech Rider - AV Rehearsal and/or Walkthrough (can be directly preceding the event or days before, depending on the level of stage production) - Complete Run of Show- with who, what, when: lighting and sound - Music plan - Any video or slide files that will be played during the event on the projector screen
