Janet's take on a classic favorite. We use 100% whole grain flour from Deep Roots Milling along with buckwheat flour. These cookies have a hearty bite. The addition of buckwheat adds a subtle, savory flavor.

Similarly to our Country Sourdough, this loaf is rustic on the outside and soft on the inside. This loaf has some buckwheat flour along with, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds and sunflower seeds. For this bread, we use 100% Deep Roots Milling Flour. Located in Roseland, VA, Deep Roots is a stone mill that sources Mid-Atlantic regional grain.

Our sammy loaves are made with a combo of Central Milling flour a whole grain flour from Deep Roots Milling. Zero commercial yeast, our sammy loaves are 100% sourdough. A touch of olive oil and local honey give it that soft, but sturdy sandwich texture.
