4.8% ABV - Inspired by the traditional Czech Pilsner style. Our house lager is a tribute to the source of Waitsfield's town water and the aquifer deep beneath Scrag Mountain.

5% ABV - Crisp, clean and sessionable, with a firm but rounded hop backbone, Alexandr is the first and original Czech-style pilsner crafted at Schilling. Authentic raw materials shine, and so will almost any beer-friendly food paired with this Czech-inspired lager.

4.1% ABV - Superior was born before the Mexican Revolution as a beer for the most discerning palates. Cervecería Moctezuma opened its doors in 1896, and the authentic Superior flavor began to emerge from the majestic peaks of Orizaba. The Orizaba region is known for its abundant waters from the melting of Pico de Orizaba or Citlatépetl, the third highest peak in North America at 18,491 feet. The water's soft, low-mineral quality favors the production of this lager.

6% ABV - An American Icon. 60 Minute IPA is continuously hopped -- more than 60 hop additions over a 60-minute boil. Getting a vibe of where the name came from? 60 Minute is brewed with a slew of great Northwest hops. A powerful but balanced East Coast IPA with a lot of citrusy hop character, it's the session beer for hardcore enthusiasts!

7% ABV - Our forever west coast-style india pale ale dry-hopped with hand-selected amarillo, citra, mosaic and simcoe Mashed with local barley from our friends at Carolina Malt House along with a dash of dextrin malt and a pinch of flaked oats. Fermented with our preferred clean house ipa yeast strain. Hopped intensely with hand-selected Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. Fermented completely for a decidedly dry finish and cold conditioned for beautifully brilliant clarity.

7% ABV - A modern, clear American IPA that will change your religion. Ultra-pale in color and star-bright, yet unfiltered. Despite its striking pilsner-like presentation, the contemporary hoppy accents you want are all here—distinct passionfruit, lemon, resin, and blueberry. 7% ABV - Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.

7.2% ABV - Our flagship American IPA highlights the distinctively aromatic Australian Galaxy hop. The nose bursts with pine, citrus rind, melon and pineapple. Pronounced flavors of peach, clementine, and tropical fruits are accentuated with moderate bitterness and balanced by a light, biscuity malt character.

8.4% ABV - In the spirit of tenacity and camaraderie, Mettle was first created to highlight the milestone of our inaugural year as a brewery. With an intense dual dry-hop treatment of Amarillo and Citra, this medium-bodied Double IPA beckons with aromatics of peach and nectarine. A fusion of grape juice and candied citrus greet the palate while accents of white-wine, grassy hop, and a mellow bitterness reveal themselves on a smooth, dry finish. We continue to brew Mettle in recognition of our devoted following of hopheads that have supported us from the very beginning.

7% ABV - Our ever faithful house IPA born from both the necessity of what we had to work with, and what we had to do. Brewed with a softer grist of North American 2 Row and Malted Wheat, fermented with our expressive house ale yeast, and dry hopped with a focus on the Falconers Flight hop blend, this beer delivers on balanced hop and yeast character of brighter citrus, orange pine marmalade, and stone fruit cohesion.

7% ABV - This Hazy India Pale Ale is a true delight for hop lovers. Bursting with bright and juicy flavors, it's brewed with a carefully selected blend of Amarillo, Citra, and Cashmere hops that create a stunning array of citrusy and tropical fruit notes. The beer pours a hazy, golden color and is topped with a creamy, white head. As you take a sip, you'll experience a delightful interplay of flavors and aromas, from the zesty grapefruit and lemon of the Amarillo hops to the ripe passionfruit and mango of the Citra hops, and the subtle, herbal undertones of the Cashmere hops.

6.1% ABV - Trophy Partner is built on a malt bill of locally grown NC grain and dry hopped with Cascade, Centennial and Citra hops, a well-balanced West Coast IPA. This beer is full of vibrant flavors of citrus zest, bright red berries, fresh melon, balanced resin and bitterness with just a hint of malt sweetness and floral aroma. This beer will continue to benefit both Pride & LGBTQ Centers in the Triangle through contributions from each batch we brew!

4.9% ABV - Light and approachable this beauty shows off a bright and clean finish.

5.5% ABV - Our House IPA brewed with mostly Mosaic hops.

0.5% ABV - The juicy flavorscape in non-alcoholic Trail Pass Hazy IPA bursts with Mosaic and El Dorado hops. For all its fruity character, dank notes also dial up the complexity of this smooth and balanced hazy.

5.2% ABV - An American Icon - Allagash White features a refreshing balance of citrus and spice. Wheat, coriander, and Curaçao orange peel round out the flavor of this pale straw-colored, hazy beer.

4.7% ABV -A thirst quenching Summer classic, Narragansett Del's Shandy is a collaboration between two iconic Rhode Island brands. The first Del's Frozen Lemonade stand opened in RI in 1948 using an old family recipe brought over from Italy. Since then, both 'Gansett and Del's Lemonade have refreshed countless beachgoers around Rhode Island and beyond. The Del's Shandy brings all natural lemon puree, our award wining lager, and just a touch of sugar together for a shandy that tastes as refreshingly different as a New England Summer.

5.5% ABV - The No. 1 Hefe-Weißbier in Germany and one of the world’s favourites. Naturally cloudy and shining silky gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the fine note of yeast and the mild but sparkling mix of aromas. It is a typical beer garden beer, which brings people together all over the world.

8.5% ABV - The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone, supported by pleasant warmth and spice, finishes well rounded, floral, and dry. A good shot of alcohol ignites in the mouth, as it were, which really warms the tongue and palate. The taste is also characterized by its roundness. The finish is strong, long and dry bitter.

9.7% ABV - Rich and complex, this tour de force is a glorious blend of elegant Belgian-style quadruple ale and authentic Belgian kriek, its malty depth and gentle sweetness enhanced by sparkling carbonation and a serendipitous touch of cherry. Pouring a mysterious chestnut brown, Three Philosophers is the perfect beer for leisurely sipping and quiet contemplation. The meaning of life? Even if you don’t quite get there, this beer is sure to sweeten the journey.

9% ABV - A dry, spicy, and complex Belgian-style ale inspired by Trappists. Aroma and flavor marked by the marriage of peppery spice, citrus, and pear. Noble hops assertively utilized to create balance.

8.3% ABV - The coffee lover’s consummate beer. Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and Sumatra and Kona coffee, this stout has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped with a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever.

6% ABV - A beer style steeped in lore & tradition, our robust porter is made of a rich flavorful blend of English Crystal & roast malts hung on a backbone of Simpsons Golden Promise. Hops stay out of the way allowing the malt complexity to shine. Loads of coffee, chocolate & dark caramel meld throughout the flavor & aroma. Smooth with a medium body, Porter finishes semi-dry. A simple pleasure left over from bygone years.

11% ABV- Hints of toasted marshmallow and graham cracker complement the chocolate character of Dragon’s Milk, giving this Reserve a flavor reminiscent of campfires and summer nights.

5.9% ABV - Named for the waterfalls in Pisgah National Forest, a hint of organic chocolate malt lends this classic brown ale a medium caramel infused body with a deep mahogany color. A malt forward presence showcases Pisgah's line of organic ingredients while leaving this beer remarkably drinkable.

5.5% ABV - A gift to share or give yourself, My One & Only is made for special moments. We brew a red ale and let it age and sour in a foudre—a large oak fermentor typically used in winemaking—before adding fresh, local raspberries, plums, and a plum-cherry hybrid called a pluerry. In this dry and balanced beer you’ll find notes of fresh berry, cherry, apple, pear, and subtle caramel from its grain bill.

6.6% ABV -This Braaaaaaaains Double Fruit Smoothie Sour was blasted with blackberry & lime then we hit it with our double secret smoothie treatment of sea salt, lactose, and vanilla beans.

6% ABV - Originally one of our most stellar Hard Seltzers, we've transformed it into a GF Sour that cranks up the fruit and body, giving it even more steez. This gnarly brew is packed with a righteous blend of Blue Raspberry, Pineapple, Lemon, and Lime. It’s here to shred your taste buds! This steller concoction tastes like an alcoholic Baja Blast with extra Blue Raspberry and Pineapple vibes.

6% ABV -In collaboration with the homies @replaybrewing, we are STOKED to present “Pit The Inferno”, a Gluten Free Sour w/ Mango, Lime, Chamoy, and Tajin! When we all realized we shared a love for Chamoy-soaked Mangoes, we were off to the races. So yeah, this is exactly what it is described to be: A liquid version of Mangoes soaked in Chamoy, drizzled in Lime Juice, and dusted with Tajin. And no, it isn’t spicy!

6% ABV - Popsicle is an homage to one of our favorite childhood memories – an ice cold, freezer-born remedy. With the use of our best culinary dark arts, we blend a touch of lactose with our sour beer base and a heaping helping of popsicle magic.

6% ABV - Produced with only Virginia apples, this cider is crisp, dry and just a little tart. We used Winesap, Gold Delicious, and out Granny Smith in our apple blend, and we used a Vinho Verde (Portuguese white wine) yeast strain

Cca' Bianca Brachetto D'Acqui is a sweet red wine with an olfactory profile of red fruits and rose water. The palate is appetising, fresh and pleasant. In the winery, the Ca’ Bianca Brachetto D'Acqui grape is destemmed, pressed and allowed to macerate with its skins for about 36 hours. It is racked and decanted to vinify at a temperature of 15°. The fermentation process is stopped by cooling when it reaches the desired alcohol content, leaving a completely natural sugar residue. Slightly sparkling and delicately soft, Ca’ Bianca Brachetto D’Acqui is the most exported Italian sweet wine.

Bright and citrusy, with slightly floral and herbal notes, this Picpoul is light and refreshing. The minerality on the finish makes this a natural partner for seafood, all manner of fruits de mer, and green salads.

This Pet Nat of Glera and Chardonnay is a great representation of these two worlds colliding – ‘pet nat’ is a modern term for the ancestral method of making sparkling wine. Perfumed aromas of peach, pineapple, and tropical flowers introduce a dry, quaffable palate with frothy bubbles and notes of green apple, kiwi, and a salted melon finish.

La Collina Quaresimo Lambrusco is dark, inky, and bone-dry, with tart cranberry and sour cherry notes. Pair with pizza nights, stinky cheeses, and BBQs.

Sandy Cove comes from selected vineyards that are farmed certified sustainably. The fruit is picked at ultimate ripeness and with the high natural acidity typical of the region. It is a balanced and elegant style, but still packs the refreshing punch that is classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented and aged briefly in stainless steel on its lees.

Elektrisch translates to electric, and that's exactly the sensation you get when drinking the beautiful Kabinett from Rheinhessen. The Riesling grapes are sourced primarily with fruit from the Westhofen Grand Cru vineyard Aulerde, with the balance being fruit bought from Florian's close friends in the village. Brilliant light-lemon color. On the nose, aromas of key lime, grapefruit and orange blossom mix with a flinty mineral note. The palate is off-dry with a fine-tuned acidity and creamy mouthfeel with ripe citrus, apple and a smoky minerality that lead into a refreshing, bracing finish.

13% abv - Sivi Pinot is the Slovenian name for Pinot Gris, and the creamy texture and rose gold hue of the wine is the true color of the grape. Smooth and round, with a lush texture and notes of pear, tropical fruit, and citrus, it’s a satisfying winter white. For cheese, creamy pasta or richer veggie dishes. And tacos! So good with anything al pastor!

Via de La Plata is made from a blend of Macabeo and Parellada with long lees aging and second fermentation in bottle. This cava is zero dosage. It is medium bodied with notes of bright green fig, green plum, and flaky puff pastry. This would go great with tapas, seafood paella, and weekend patios!

This Oregon Pinot Gris is a refreshing and delicious wine that is sure to please any wine lover. It has a beautiful light straw color in the glass, with enticing aromas of pear, green apple, and citrus, along with subtle floral notes.

Floral, herbal, and balsamic with notes of violet, bergamot, spices, and pine leaf.

90% old-vine Malbec blended with 10% Tannat. Grapes are destemmed and fermented for 3-4 weeks in stainless steel tanks, then the wine is aged for 12 months in these same stainless steel tanks. It is then transferred to oak barrels, a fifth of which are new each year, where it spends 12 additional months. Deep purple. Lots of vanilla on the nose buttresses substantial dark fruit. Medium-to-full body. Plenty of ripe blackberry fruit on the palate, along with a hint of licorice. Fine tannin is extremely well integrated on the finish.

Luxardo cherry and brambly blackberry provide a concentrated, bright introduction to the palate, with an underlying thread of tobacco leaf, vanilla bean. The palate is dense and dark with a lush, succulent acidity that fills out the palate, with long, silky tannins and a juicy finish.

This is one of those red wines that everyone will like. Big enough for a Cab drinker and silky enough for a Pinot Noir lover, it's a bona fide crowd pleaser! A classic blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 10% Mourvedre fermented and aged in concrete vats, this wine personifies why the Southern Rhone is home to some of the top red wine values in the world.

A blend of Nebbiolo and Freisa, vinified exactly the same as Gianliugi's Barbaresco, this weeknight wonder boasts a harmony of ripe raspberries, cherry and plum fruit and wafts of violets. It’s plush exuberance tempered only by subtle aromas of earth, char and dried leaves.

This tried-and-true Cabernet has been a dinner table staple for more than 40 years. A rich ruby hue fills the glass along with aromas of fresh vanilla, lush red fruit and herbaceous nuances. 85% Monastrell, 15% Garnacha Tinta from own-rooted biodynamically farmed 25-50-year-old vines near Fuente-Álamo. The soils are calcareous sand and sandstone gravels at 820-920m above sea level. The grapes were harvested and fermented spontaneously by parcel in large open-top wood vats and barrels without temperature control.

Cherry, woodspice and cocoa aromas are clean and direct on the nose. The palate has red cherry, cedar and berry sorbet flavors.

A spicy, full-bodied red wine from the Columbia Valley in Washington. After harvest, the fruit was fully destemmed before fermentation. The fruit is opulent, spicy and with accessible tannins.

From sustainably dry-farmed vines of Saint Laurent located in Pfalz, this is a light, fresh style of dry rosé with lively, vibrant acidity, subtle red fruit flavors, and a crisp, mineral finish. Located in Germany’s Rheinhessen region, Seehof’s vineyards are dominated by limestone-rich soils, which provide optimal growing conditions for earth-driven, high acid fruit. Although many of the country’s young winemakers seek to emulate the concentrated style of Klaus Peter Keller, at Seehof, Florian Fauth does just the opposite, pursuing clarity and freshness above all. However, the Keller influence isn’t totally lost on Seehof’s wines, as Klaus Peter is Florian’s brother-in-law! The rosé of Pinot Noir is lively and soil-influenced, showing notes of tart cherry, strawberry, and wet stones.
