Pupusas are a Salvadorian snack, often enjoyed for breakfast. It is a thick tortilla, made by hand, stuffed with cheese and your choice of pork belly, or chicken, or beans, then grilled. It is eaten with pickled cabbage and green sauce.

Empanadas are truly embedded in Latin American tradition. We make our empanadas the way they are made in Colombia and Costa Rica, with 100% corn flour, with your choice of fillings and deep fried to crunchy perfection.

We source our Costa Rican Coffee directly from the grower. It is grown sustainably, collected by hand at the peak of ripeness, de-pulped & double washed, fermented, sun dried and toasted to our specifications to produced this amazing personalized experience.
