We’re teaming up with Al’s Aloha to bring a true island-style whole hog experience to Hilton Head—where the fire starts the night before and the feast is worth the wait. The pig is slow-roasted underground in traditional style, layered with heat, time, and just the right amount of anticipation. When it’s unearthed the next day, it becomes the centerpiece of an afternoon built around great food, cold craft beer, and a little bit of friendly competition.
