It's been a bit since we had a vegetarian feature. We actually had tacos similar to these on a previous menu, but those tacos didn’t have Panela cheese. If you haven’t had Panela, you’ve missed out. We actually grill it rather than melt it on the tortilla. Then we add in some Crimini & Shitake Mushrooms, a house made tomatillo salsa and pickled onions. You don’t have to be a vegetarian to love these. Served with our house Patatas.

These enchiladas are just luxurious. This Mole sauce that Manny made compliments the corn from the tortillas and works beautifully with the Carnitas stuffed inside. The flavors are layered on with sour cream, avocado & pickled onions and each layer works beautifully with the last. Served with a house salad, these Carnitas Mole Enchiladas are not to be missed. Not sure which protein you want? These come with three of them stuffed inside with some chihuahua cheese. We top these with our Verde sauce and some cotija cheese. Served with a house salad.
