Available only on Saturdays, our tender, slow-braised pork ribs are cooked until perfectly fall-off-the-bone and full of rich Dominican flavor. Choose your side of white rice or yellow rice with corn paired with red or black beans — or upgrade to our Saturday-only Moro de Gandules (rice and peas), which is served on its own without beans.
