We fly our Gaspe-style smoked salmon in from a family-run New York smokehouse. This is the one we use on our bagel & lox sandwich. (1/4lb is enough for 3-4 bagel sandwiches)

Smoked at a higher temperature and often called baked salmon, this moist, delicious fish is lightly smokey and a great alternative for lox lovers.

Maury's whitefish is smoked in New York then handpicked by our staff and mixed with a little dairy and a little black pepper.
