Weekly Preorder Information Pickups are Friday from 3 to 5:30 PM or Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM at MOR, 5504 W State Street. Please use the “Please Choose – Friday or Saturday” dropdown to select your pickup day and time. If a pickup time is not selected in the dropdown, your order will default to Friday at 3 PM. Our preorder menu offers better pricing because knowing what you need ahead of time helps us plan, reduce waste, and pass those savings on to you. Our new favorite bread — truly. Inspired by a Swedish oatmeal loaf I baked in the 1990s, this version skips the oats so many can’t enjoy today. Back to the kitchen I went, and the result is a game changer. The base is locally grown sorghum, millet, arrowroot, tapioca, flax meal, psyllium, and organic agave for sweetness. When I was 10, I begged my Grandma Mary to let me help her in the kitchen. At that age one of my favorite things to eat was her spaghetti marinara and meatballs. Beer Bread Mix - Made with locally sourced sorghum, add a 12 oz bottle of GF beer, Cider or any carbonated beverage and some fat (butter, margarine, oil) and deliciousness awaits. Experiment with adding cheese and jalapenos for an extra WOW! -> Wanted to share a customer's experience - they used MOR's Beer Bread Mix as a base for focaccia YEP! using just carbonated water from their soda stream and created a delicious and unique dinner for their family. They placed the batter on a greased pizza/cookie sheet, parbaked at 350*F for 10 minutes than topped and returned to the oven for roughly another 10-12 minutes until nicely browned - love, love, love this! In fact the first time I tasted blueberries in my coffee, I nearly dropped my cup. Every Friday and Saturday we have brewed coffee available and now you can order a cup of coffee in advance to be waiting for you when you pickup your preorder.
