A trifecta of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Tangier proved worthy of further exploration, especially when paired with a goliath 10% ABV. Notes of creamy orange julius, mango, and a medley of tropical fruits make for a beverage best enjoyed slowly, with plenty of time for sipping and pondering. All that to say, we have one conclusion: true mastery is knowing there is no mastery. 10% ABV

Turns out, brewing beer is no different! So for today’s lesson, we’re studying a new West Coast IPA recipe, double dry-hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Tangier. Take note of the flavors and aromas of dank white grape, saturated citrus, and orange blossom honey. Consider us pleased with the result, but never fully satisfied…after all, the moment you become a master is the moment you stop being a student. 6.8% ABV

Layered with flavorful German malts, a selection of noble hop varieties, and fermented with our squeaky-clean house lager yeast, NP Helles comes together with a bready malt-accentuated backbone balanced by soft bitterness, delicate spice, and floral hoppy notes. On the palate, there’s a nice, rounded full body that finishes with a delightfully snappy and crisp finish. We think you’re going to really dig this one. Prost! 5.0% ABV

Please review full pickup & limit policies before ordering.** Our favorite house Hazy IPA, DDH Art is Hard, is infused with a huge dose of Citra Dynaboost and then double dry-hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Citra Cryo, and Motueka to evoke bright citrus and fruity tropical flavors of tangerine, orange, pineapple, and guava! We layered copious amounts of malted oats over one of our favorite pilsner malts to create a lusciously smooth mouthfeel that drinks exceptionally juicy and finishes with a snappy hop bite. 7% ABV
