A 6+ year small-batch North Carolina straight rye, built from the state’s best barrels and setting the standard for NC rye. Single barrels available at the distillery.

Straight Bourbon Whiskey made from heirloom corn originated in the Appalachia region and is typically robust and nutty with hints of sweetness. Its name comes from the red color of the corn miller’s apron, as if it were the apron of a butcher.

Our four-grain bourbon is distilled in North Carolina, blended from 5–6 year wheated and rye barrels, then finished 12–18 months in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks for deep, layered character.

Our easy-drinking, premium-quality potato, and grain vodka features a smooth, refreshing finish that can stand alone or sit nicely in a cocktail.

Oaklore Original Rum is made from caramelized cane sugar and molasses to help create its small-batch depth and sweetness.

Our small batch, American-style gin offers unique hints of mild, sugary citrus with a light, crisp finish. Perfect for a cocktail.
