Pasta Stories is a Japanese-style pasta concept that opened its first store in August 2025, inside the Tokyo Central Food Court in Torrance, California. “To tell the story of Japan through pasta.” Our brand is rooted in the idea of combining authentic regional flavors of Japan with the universal appeal of pasta. From Kyoto matcha cream to Tokyo wasabi soy sauce pasta with tuna and avocado, each dish introduces our customers to the rich, diverse culinary culture of Japan We proudly launched with the support of Michelin-trained Chef Masuda from Fukuoka, and partnered with internationally acclaimed Japanese designer MITSUME, who created original characters representing 12 Japanese regions. These mascots guide our guests through a fun, flavorful, and educational food experience. At Pasta Stories, we’re not just serving food — we’re building a community. Through local giveaways, pop-ups, and seasonal meal sets, We will build our history together with our local customers from here.
