Our espresso drinks are made with our house blend, Rathskeller—a harmony of medium-light roast coffees from Central/South America and Ethiopia. Locally roasted by our small team and beloved by all. Our dairy milk comes from Jersey cows at local High Lawn Farm in the Berkshires, MA. Packed with nutrients and farmed sustainably, this Jersey cow milk has a rich and creamy texture that’s naturally sweet. All drinks are made with a doubleshot of espresso.
