P3 Hefe is our take on the classic Bavarian-style wheat ale. Brewed with a traditional yeast strain, it delivers notes of ripe banana, soft clove spice, and fresh baked bread. Light-bodied, naturally hazy, and highly refreshing with a smooth, effervescent finish.

Over the last six years, we've developed many styles of beer—lagers, hazies, fruited beers, seltzers, barrel-aged offerings, and many more. We take pride in not having a singular focus, but instead embracing our past brewpub mentality of offering a wide gamut of beer for people to choose from—specific to occasions or moods. Today, we introduce P3 Lager. A new lager to join the many we brew throughout the year, but with a goal to fit any occasion. A pale lager built from premium pilsner malt, a blend of specialty malts that add character, noble hop presence, and cold-fermented with German lager yeast. Built for balance—not too hoppy, not too malty, just enough body to keep it interesting—and packaged in 12oz 6-pack cans so it’s easy to knock a few back.
