Come with me and drink ACROSS THE CLOUDS. Experience the pilsner as you may on a crisp spring day in Alsace along the Rhine River. Enjoy a brilliantly clear dark-straw pour with a tight-white lasting head. This Alsatian-style Pils boasts aromas of fresh-baked bread, fresh rain, and slight minerality. A multitude of French hops have delivered an herbal profile that floats amidst spring flavors of fresh cut grass and tea with a lively, refreshing carbonation and medium-bitterness. Grab a pint and allow your palate to take a seat in the sky.

We may not have ALL THE ANSWERS but we do know this; we adore crafting German-style Pilsners. This latest lager is no exception; enjoy a bright, light gold pour with a tight white head. Aromas of bready malt and jasmine arrive with just the slightest mineral waft. Fresh flavors of baguette and thyme follow, trailed by light florals and lemon rind and hints of black tea, all closed with a well-rounded mouthfeel and firm bitterness. This might just be the answer for now.

ALL THE WORLD'S A PEACH, and all the Witbiers merely players. Willy Shakes had a point with that astute and definitely historically-accurate beer-based sonnet; we really should fruit more witbiers. At least this latest sipper is ready for the solstice, with an incredibly refreshing stonefruit twist on our already-bright wit base. A bright unfiltered yellow-orange pour opens up a proverbial planet on your palate; peach of course, but also citrus, hints of pepper, and Kern's nectar, with a slightly tart acidity that zings through the sweetness.

We got to brewing with the BEARFOOT CONTESSA. Our pal Roger hailed from Bear Republic before heading to Hopsteiner to drive the future of hops. On our last hop selection, we smelled part of that future in the varietal Contessa, an ode to European Noble hops, grown in the Pacific Northwest. So it seemed fitting to create an “Italian-American Style Pilsner”; a hybrid dry-hopped Pils balancing the best of both continents. Enjoy notes of honeysuckle and lemondrop candy alongside floral green tea with a Noble elegance.

This is THE BEST OF ME; a truly fluffy, juicy Hazy IPA that exemplifies my hop bill of Nelson, Strata, and Cashmere. My finest appearance is a murky, pineapple juice pour with a fluffy white head that helps swirl scents with no sense of braggadocio; just an honest showcase of tropical & stonefruit aromas. Witness premiere hits of pitless peach on every inch of the palate, soon overcome by supreme swirls of green papaya, jackfruit, and lychee that stay after each thirstquenching sip. A new year means a BLANK SLATE. Every year our house witbier gets a bit of a facelift, maintaining the same base recipe while adjusting the botanicals. For 2025, Blank Slate draws inspiration from across the pond, injecting the occasion of high tea. We explored a bevvy of bright, British Tea Time staples like Lemon Peel, in-house dehydrated Bergamot, Chamomile and Keemun Congou Black Tea in addition to the standard Coriander & Bitter Orange Peel. This year the citrusy, light spicy aromas remain with an added whiff of delicate pommefruit and stonefruit esters. The flavors stay zippy and zesty, but with a rounded wheat maltiness and creamy mouthfeel. Come try this tabula rasa today!

Watch as we BLAZE OUR PATH through a super-hopped hazy that treads the thread between New Zealand hops with a hint of the Northwest. Nelson, Riwaka, Citra, Peacharine, Motueka, and Cashmere set fire to the palate, sparking embers of lychee, honeydew, and white peach. A very pillowy mouthfeel and fluffy white head help the path go down easy.

A new American Lager? Well La-Di-Frickin'-Dah! Welcome back CAN DOWN BY THE RIVER, our beloved 4.5% crispy boi. Brewed with a bit of rice and Saaz hops, this is meant to be ultra pale, very clean, lagered to perfection, and highly carbonated. Beyond enjoying its high crushability, you may be moved to appreciate its delicate notes of hay, grass, lime, and floral hops. Brewed for all the motivational speakers out there.

Take a look at our CURRENT JOY. A beautiful, clear pale golden pour that boasts the toasty, biscuity flavor you know and love. Very slightly fruity, majorly approachable and easy-drinking, and a nice crackery crisp on the palate that's nicely capped with a touch of lemon and lime in the finish. Wherever you go, I'LL BE THERE with a hazy in hand. Citra, Strata, Nectaron & Cashmere create the canvas for this one, setting up an aromatic painting of gorgeous citrus and stonefruit. Peach fuzz, mandarin, ruby red grapefruit, and juicy fruit notes keep this pillowy hazy floating with low bitterness and immense drinkability to boot. Come try a pint - I'll be there.

We brewed a MOSAIC OF MOSAICS. A thorough quilt of quality, highlighting one of our favorite hops and its various form, all woven throughout this 9% West Coast Double IPA. Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Dynaboost, and Mosaic Hyperboost make up the delicate patchwork. Threads of lime, citrus, passionfruit, and grapefruit stitch together a hop-saturated beer with just the slightest alcohol bite and some wonderful resinous bitterness that washes away clean. Discover the patterns, one pint at a time.

It's OK to stare into REFLECTIONS OF THE SUN. Citra, HBC 586, Simcoe, and Cashmere shed light onto this West Coast IPA. Look through the clear, yellow hue and see the carbonation in each mirrored bubble. Pops of tropical treats and stone fruit shine from the glass with aromatic intent and echos of nectarine, papaya, and mango. The final flavors flicker bright citrus notes of tangerine zest and grapefruit. Let's reflect with another sip.

Radiant Beer Co. and St. Michael's Abbey joined forces to celebrate four much venerated saints: this is the ABBEY SERIES. Our first entry of 2026, Sanctus Florianus, is a spiritually-crafted 5.4% Witbier, adjuncted with California White Sage & fresh citrus. Reminiscient of a traditional Witbier at its core, but lifted with elements of our shared SoCal home. The result is a beer that pours that familiar hazy yellow but explodes with unexpected swirls of chapparal, sage, pepper, and citrus atop the underlying esters; soft, with bready wheat notes, slight salinity, and still, a final kiss of citrus. Come drink like the monks of new.

Our second entry of 2026, Sanctus Nobertus, is a spiritually-crafted 6.0% Saison with Spelt. A light, hazy deep straw pour builds to a tight, white head. The flavors and aromas that follow course through a diverse medley; lemon, wheat, bartlett pear, lemon balm, apple, white pepper, and doughy bread. Dry and crisp with a balanced bitterness, complex but very refreshing, and overall quite fruity but ultimately austere. Come drink like the monks of new.

It's TIME TO DREAM of the ideal modern West Coast IPA. For us, that's a 6.9% hoppy tropical puncher of Citra, Mosaic, Strata, and Simcoe that drinks easy and hits with just the right amount of bitterness. Aromas of passion fruit and white peach with big, bold flavors of pineapple, mango, and lime. What more could we dream for?

At the end of the day, don’t we all just WANNA MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY? That was at least the impetus for this latest West Coast IPA with our friend Thom from Uncharted Brew Co., who trekked from Antwerp to Anaheim for a SoCal-flavored collaboration. Rather than settling, we aimed for maximum happiness innovation, putting together Citra, Motueka, Oregon Chinook, and Fresh Wai-Ti Cold-Pressed Hop Juice from Freestyle Hops. We’re getting orange candy, bright fresh hops, and pineapple, some slightly sticky resin and a whole lotta smiles after every refreshing sip.
