Brown Estate House of Brown Chardonnay 2022
Brown Estate House of Brown Chardonnay is a bona fide outlier. The soil in this truly a wild west vineyard in a dense gray clay, thick enough to pull your shoe off your foot should you venture out when itâs damp. From the clay soil, a terrifically complex minerality sets the resulting wine apart from typical Napa Valley Chardonnay offerings.

Extremely popular, Argentinian Malbec is an inky, medium-bodied, dry red wine with strong impressions of dark fruits on the nose and palate. This wine tends to have mellower tannins than its French counterpart. Heavily dependent on where they are grown for variations in flavor, Argentinian Malbec has quickly become a world favorite due to the characteristics that the high-altitude climate and soils impart to the fruit. Originally from France, it is one of the original 5 âBordeauxâ grapes. It is scarcely planted in France anymore. Starkly different from French versions in structure and flavor, this wine is a good investment for collectors, as the wine can age for several years before drinking. This wine also pairs very well with any savory red meat dish-- particularly dishes that include spice. High acidity and good body.

ChĂąteau Montaud Rose
Chateau Montaud, is a classic Cote de Provence rose: dry, crisp and refreshing, full of fruit and ideal for anytime. Traditional growing methods are given priority and include ploughing to ventilate the soil and using organic farming rather than chemicals and artificial processes. To prevent erosion, long schist and sandstone terraces have been built on the slopes of the Maures Massif mountain range in southeastern France where the vines are planted and trained. This is an expensive and time-consuming process, but it yields the best quality grapes possible. The Chateau Montaud is situated on the site of an old Roman âvillaâ whose remains were founded during the restructuring of the vineyard. 40% Cinsault, 40% Grenache, 20% MourvĂšdre. 2021
