This one is a huge crowd favorite, it is a THICK all American Mac... and to top it off the cheese sauce is 100% made from scratch and even has some of Colorados finest Coors, yes this is a beer cheese don't worry all the alcohol is cooked off during the smoke.. this cheese sauce is also ALL made on the smoker! We also make a fresh pan of Mac EVERY MORNING, and if that wasn't all good enough yes there is bacon and a delicious topping for that final crunch!

You guessed it.. its MAC over a bed of our crispy fries and topped with the delicious house BBQ sauce!

not much embellishment here this is just like Grandma makes it not from a jar but not complicated either, FRESH sliced cabbage and mixed fresh each morning!

COOKED on the SMOKER, now these we do batch blend weekly and THEN smoke a second time fresh ever day, these beans are all from scratch and never pre-seasoned...
