Not all Lasagna is created equal! We start with superb sauce creations, and then smoke many of the ingredients, finishing the final bake in a 400F pellet smoker. This gives our Lasagna a subtly smoky and over-the-top flavor!

We choose only the best of pizza ingredients. These are carefully selected for FLAVOR. Pizzas are fired in a real wood-pellet fired oven (wood logs on our bus) and are very tasty. Create your own Flavor-Art from our list of more than 35 toppings!

At Robsagna, gourmet is our specialty! They are all team-approved! We recommend trying a different specialty pie with every order.

Party Packages that include Lasagna and/or Spaghetti & Meatballs requires a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice, please.

Just like our Lasagna, our Smoked Spaghetti is created with the utmost care for your taste buds! Feasturing its own similar, but unique red sauce and EXTRA-large 3-ounce Smoked Meatballs! Why not make it a combo? You get a drink, Breadsticks, and another one of our delicious smoked sides!

We eat spaghetti from a bowl? Why not pizza? Cut the calories and gluten with the pizza bowl! We prepare each bowl with our tasty sauces and cheese, then you add the toppings!

What's a Robsagna Calzone? It starts with a 10" portion of our delicious dough, we load it with cheese and your favorite toppings, bake it in our wood-fired ovens, and then fold it over to make one hot, fresh, and flavorful sandwich for you!
